Can I return my item?

Yes! All return requests must be made within 5 days of your delivery. It's important to us that you love your item, so if there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us immediately so we can make it right. All items must be returned unworn or unused for a full refund. Shop owners reserves the right to make the final decision on all refunds or exchanges.

How do I start a return?

Please reach out to our customer service team at shopfriendlyadventures@gmail.com to start your return. Your subject should say return request, your order number, and you must include the name your order was under. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a shipping label. You can place your item back in the original packaging and send it back to us! In order to receive a full refund, your item must return back to us in the same brand new condition it was sent out in.
