All of our items are made to order, which means we do not stock ready to ship items. Our processing time is 5-7 days to allow us time to make your item, however we make every effort to ship out your item before that!
Please reach out to our customer service team at shopfriendlyadventures@gmail.comto start your return. Your subject should say return request and your order number. Please be sure to include the name your order was under.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a shipping label to your email. You can place your item back in the original packaging and send it back to us!
In order to receive a full refund, your item must return back to us in the same brand new condition it was sent out in.
