All of our items are made to order, which means we do not stock ready to ship items. Our processing time is 5-7 days to allow us time to make your item, however we make every effort to ship out your item before that!

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a shipping label to your email. You can place your item back in the original packaging and send it back to us!
